About Janet Francis

Having worked in the property industry for over 20 years, I have sold a wide range of property during my career as a high street Branch Manager. After a short period of time working for an internet agency and training self-employed agents, I have now launched my own business doing what I love doing best; selling and letting property. As a business owner I can provide the level of service I expect to receive. Focused on dealing with only a handful of clients at a time, I can offer a personal service with one to one contact with my clients from beginning to end. I work closely with local tradespeople and can offer recommendations to help you improve your home either before selling or after moving in. I also work alongside fabulous mortgage advisors, solicitors and surveyors. Promoting my community and business is important to me. I run a local book club and am on the committee for the Chamber of Trade in Otley. My spare time is spent with my family, which also includes my labrador, Sprocket, my horse and my cat. My business is built on referrals, recommendations and fantastic reviews. I am happy to offer advice on any aspect of buying and selling, so please get in touch.

This is the second time I have used Janet to sell a property due to her professional and friendly approach. She did not disappoint. Always easy to communicate with and keeps you in the loop throughout the whole sales process as well as pricing and marketing your property incredibly effectively to begin that process. Would highly recommend and will be using again (although we are hoping that’s not for at least another ten years at least, sorry Janet!) Thanks again for all your help and support.

Janet has successfully sold two properties for us now and we’ve been very satisfied each time and received the price we hoped for. She is realistic in her appraisal and produces very good photos and an excellent 3D walk around. Janet in particular offers an excellent after service where some estate agents seem to wind down. She was very on the ball with keeping the process moving along and chasing buyers, solicitors etc and keeping us informed of where we were at. We never really had to chase for any information at all. Very satisfied with the process and fees.
