About Janet Francis
Having worked in the property industry for over 20 years, I have sold a wide range of property during my career as a high street Branch Manager. After a short period of time working for an internet agency and training self-employed agents, I have now launched my own business doing what I love doing best; selling and letting property. As a business owner I can provide the level of service I expect to receive. Focused on dealing with only a handful of clients at a time, I can offer a personal service with one to one contact with my clients from beginning to end. I work closely with local tradespeople and can offer recommendations to help you improve your home either before selling or after moving in. I also work alongside fabulous mortgage advisors, solicitors and surveyors. Promoting my community and business is important to me. I run a local book club and am on the committee for the Chamber of Trade in Otley. My spare time is spent with my family, which also includes my labrador, Sprocket, my horse and my cat. My business is built on referrals, recommendations and fantastic reviews. I am happy to offer advice on any aspect of buying and selling, so please get in touch.
