About Keeley Kear

My passion for property began long before I stepped into the industry. Drawn initially to the charm and character of Tudor, Gothic, and stately period homes, the kind you can get lost in. That early fascination evolved into something more for me when I discovered property development in 2007. This eventually led me to retrain and qualify in Residential Sales and Lettings in 2016.
Since then, I’ve worked independently across the Wharfe Valley and North Yorkshire, helping people navigate the often complex and emotional process of buying, selling, and moving home. In 2016, I launched my own successful agency in the market town of Otley with a clear vision: to create a service that’s memorable, meaningful, and rooted in traditional values with a holistic, individual approach.
As a proud former President of the Otley Chamber of Trade and Commerce, I’ve always believed in the power of local community. I’ve spent years working closely with local businesses and building long-standing relationships. Relationships that continue to shape the high level of service I offer today.
More recently, I’ve worked as a freelance mobile agent for a corporate brand, continuing to earn exceptional reviews and a reputation for excellence in both residential sales and lettings. I’m proud to have helped hundreds of clients move successfully, always placing people at the heart of every transaction.
