I have been involved in property for the past 4 years, after I became a residential landlord. I self-manage my small portfolio, I believe that there is no-one better placed to take care of my tenants than myself. It was at the same time that I started working closely with investors and first-time buyers, helping them step onto the property ladder by acting as their Buying Agent, supporting them all the way from making an initial offer, to the time they picked up their keys, and in some cases beyond. In 2021, I took it one step further and became an Independent Estate Agent, and through my previous experience I have knowledge on all sides of the transactional journey that is moving home, and helping people with what is undoubtedly one of the biggest decisions they are likely to make is a huge passion of mine. I only work with a small number of clients at any one time, in order to maintain the personal service I pride myself on. Working with an Estate Agent shouldn’t be a one size fits all process, as every single transaction is unique. The reviews I have received in the time I have been involved with property mean a great deal to me, and assisting in the individual ownership journey is of the utmost importance, as is building new relationships and friendships along the way.
